I think lack of volume is encouraging...

Not the other way around. Insiders that know what is coming are keeping their cards close to their chest. No reason to blow it now after they have fixed so many things.

In truth, you can throw all the other information out and just look at the 13D. As many have stated, .02 is her price. Right now, it is worth a 1/3 of that.
