Sooooooo,

Capital raise for "newco"? Where's the money? How much and where's the evidence? Who's in charge?

PRHL has to announce a record date? couldn't they just stall? Who's in charge?

And the biggest question, when?

I'll believe it when I see it. Still holding shares, begrudgingly.

Oh, and the SEC? Are they REALLY doing anything? The SEC is typically more ignorant and impotent than the companies they purport to scrutinize.
