If you google these key words. "Ceytano 2019 china sea" you'll see a title pop up from cnn that posted the articl3 days ago. Since then I can't seem to download the link. Like it's been taken down. Put you can see it clearly in the search engine. Doesn't matter. When they lift the restrictions for drilling soon after a framework it will all be fine. Looks like sc57 gets drilled first.
