SEC & FINRA are proactively suspending all dormant microcap shells, and KATX falls into that dormant category.

The fact KATX has ZERO financial filings for FY 2016 AND FY 2017 -to date and the fact Nevada SoS currently has KATX SUSPENDED and soon to be as of July 31, 2017 PERMANENTLYY REVOKED,

will only make the SEC & FINRA act swiftly and revoke KATX shell, and other dormant microcap shells.


I have also, contacted SEC & FINRA with all the facts to facilitate their action.
