No, L2 does not say different. L2 is run by MM's and will run it however they see fit to run their business the way they want. MMEX is not about to run, MMEX is not about to take off, MMEX may go kaboom real soon when it implodes. L2 is not reliable for anything concerning mmex other then to make noobies think they know what their doing.
