Well that number should be 3,125,852, and not 2,955,032 the filings are over by 125,852 preferred Class B shares from what is authorized and 170,852 from what the company says.

So they either have too many class B preferred shares issued or they are not telling us the truth in their filings. Or I am wrong and hope someone with credibility will show me my error.
