I'm not arguing any point about the status of a Corporation in Nevada other than the Fake News about Claire Singleton owning the Ticker KATX .... Looks like she is the Plaintiff in this matter.

But a curious fact is that Burleigh Singleton was counsel for Kat Exploration back on the 22nd of Jan 2016 where KAT Exploration was the Plaintiff and Grim, Broadwell and Blankenship were the defendants.

Anyone know the connection ?

And yes Looks like a Shell, But KAT Exploration Inc a Canadian Corp may still be active.

Anyone here know how to look that up?
