Update. I called the auditors listed on website and all they could tell me is they are not currently in an audit.I called the law firm and spoke to Marty Rosenbaum and all he could verify was that he heard that Enrique did in fact pass away. No other info on whats going on with the company. please post if you find out more info. Thanks.
