No need to be nasty. I thought this filing is all that is needed to sell when they have the shares. If not, what filing should we look for that shows the completion and approval you are referring to?

The Q report shows a massive amount of convertible debt, and as we were told in the call - some of that is due NOW. To me that is a concern.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
