I think you are confirming that they did greedy decisions last year. What you say would be the ultimate for us shareholders but not for them. You could make the argument that it would have been a win-win but we don't have all the facts so that would be a guess. I still contend that worse case scenario was they were doing the best they could do to achieve where we are today.
