To your point the data was that up till march, maybe they are waiting for the additional 6 months follow up to make a final call on the data. that would put us in September. if results are still looking good in September then maybe thats when we see a deal (might be a bit earlier as they always have access to the data on a continuous basis so if data still looks good they might jump on it any time)
