I have an order in at .038 and is not showing. Yet .0369s printing. Is this legal. It proves a stock can really be messed with. Not like everyone thinks, which is it's all an a electronic system.

Just seems wrong, the company and shareholders should be outraged. Knock it off. Someone should report this. Maybe I'll do it when I get the time. Anyone feel free in case I blow it off. SEC would be a good start imo. Maybe OTC. Have never seen anything like it.
