Yes, that would be the filing, and it pains me as well. To hell with shareholders...especially us long term private placement participants who effectively saved their jobs while they struggled with revenues. Its been a painful ride.

What value has management added over the past 3 years? They've had the solution on the shelf and over the past 3 years it feels like they've been sittin on their hands waiting for the fish to swim by. What added value have they created recently? Should we have other revenue streams being created with the portal? Or the 2-8 degree solution...or any number of other opportunities that exist in the logistics industry. Hell why not try to track reefer trucks live that alerts headquarters of issues before the reefer actually fails.

Has management EARNED this extreme incentive package? Imo No.
