Lololol yes they have a bells and whistle device that ONLY detects thc presence, no other metabolites!!! What part do you not understand??????????? No driving law will ever be made and no gold standard will ever be set for thc presence alone. It’s not good enough. If it was the oral fluid test would already be the gold standard. Hound has no way of knowing whether you 1 hr ago or 7 hrs ago. Only that there is thc present. Like I said someone who is really really high will have much more elevated thc levels, Hounds can then reasonably assume the 2-3 hr window. However no law has ever been passed on reasonably. I really don’t know how to break it down any simpler without using crayons and a colouring book. Please change your name to Datsun and try to keep up.
