The office is a hole in the wall 100 square foot dump built in 1925 and we don't know about the elevator or AC situation for a building that old. Originally this was Telecorp, a well known American-Canadian scam, and not much has changed. There's little to no business being conducted other than the sale of shares and they desperately need fresh meat in order to keep the chart intact...no one is going to buy this at 5 cents, there's no reason for it. Crash and burn. This P and D has already had its moment. Time to move on. JMHO
