Blizz,

All of the information that you have seen, I too have seen. We have discussed the WSTI issues for years. I think we are at a point that neither of us could have seen even a very few months ago.

There are some BIG questions about WSTI. I hope that you really go to New York and meet with Dan, face to face. Please question him on the following issues.

1. Windstream Indiana does not exist at its location. Instead, a contract manufacturer with employees from the old Windstream. The head of the company is a former officer of Windstream. (I am discussing orders with them and have for a few months). Does that company represent or service the "corporate" Windstream Technologies and if so how? What is the cash flow between the two?

2. Where does Windstream Technologies reside if it even has a residence? We have seen that the corporate paper entity exists and is current with corporate filings in Wyoming. Does Windstream Technologies now only exist on paper?

3. WindStream Energy Technologies India Pvt Ltd. (India & South East Asia Office) is a private company who raised their own funding for the building and company startup (i.e. they have their own investors). Initially, Windstream Technologies owned a percentage (like 45% or so as I remember). What is the current relationship between Windstream Techologies, the paper corporation and Windstream India?

4. How do orders flow from ImpactPPA and any outside interest to generate Solar/Tower mills, etc. installations or products? Is there an entity (even virtual) where an order can be made or is it all via ImpactPPA? That is essentially the question of: How does cash flow now with the new ImpactPPA at the helm of funding?

5. How do orders flow and what is the cash flow?

6. Where do products get produced and who produces them?

Before getting too overly excited about the investment in WSTI, it is important to understand just what Windstream Technologies is, how it works and what WSTI represents.

Would you please bring each of these issues up to Bates in a face to face discussion? They are very important.
