Upon the 8-k ,16 weeks are due this week. Yet since the need to complete both PCAOB and us GAAP audit it might take longer - but not further than july 31

"The Acquisition would receive common stock, valued on the same basis as the equity component of the Company's intended financing.  Completion of the transaction under the LOI is dependent on, among other things, the completion of due diligence satisfactory to the Company, and the completion of the PCAOB audit and US GAAP.  (The Acquisition is currently audited in China in accordance with
IFRS - International Financial Reporting Standards.)  The parties expect the PCAOB audit under US GAAP to be completed within approximately 8-16 weeks."
