I do, but I guess this means that TRW-financing is now an even bigger trigger since SIAF hasn't tried to show us that they are able to pay the cash dividend without TRW-financing.

I do fear that it might be delayed though, and that the PPS will suffer from it, but I believe it will come. They should try really hard to avoid any delays for the ex date, and even harder to avoid delution.

Didn't he do a F-share thingie with the last dividend? If TRW-financing isn't in place in time for the cash dividend in Q4, and if Solomon is unable to have TRW repay some of its debt to SIAF, then it would be better to do the same stunt this time than to delay the ex date itself.
