I like your approach to this. With the exception of having the shares removed. I've been holding another dead shell in my account since 09. Good thing I never had it removed. I company has bought the shell, cleaned it up, made it current, and did a reverse merger into it. Went from .0001 to at one point over 2 cents. It's hanging around over a penny waiting on name and ticker change. Along with fixing share structure the right way. I got extremely lucky by leaving the shares alone. They weren't hurting anything and I just might retire from it.
