Just to give an update. CEN biotech is currently doing a private placement memorandum (PPM) at $5 per share, 20,000 share blocks. There is only 2,000,000 shares available for the PPM. The next round is the IPO at $10 per share and there will only be 10,000,000 shares available. Cheers and congratulations to our shareholders and future shareholders. Please feel free to share with your friends or family. It is my understanding that information about this will be online but I don’t know when.
