No real evidence? I documented that the BTZO telephone was disconnected with no forwarding number given, that BTZO had vacated its lease, and the US Post Office had no forwarding address for BTZO. Those facts, which I shared here, screamed that BTZO was OUT OF BUSINESS in its old incarnation!!
The open question was what happened to the BTZO resources that "appeared" to come its way via GERS? I say appeared because the fact of that transaction was documented in filings that predated the above facts by more than a year, with no other filings following. In other words, the collision and timing of the documented "facts" should have screamed -- SOMETHING UNUSUAL IS GOING ON HERE!!!
Most chose to ignore this conundrum. Soon, according to KK himself, in his own hand -- All questions will be addressed. That is another fact which I believe. However, the answers may be very complicated and technical, but I firmly believe that they will be legal.
Based on those answers there may be something on the horizon for BTZO shareholders, may be not. It is for those "maybes" that I hold a small BTZO hedge that I consider a tax write off (against GERS gains) -- but you never know.
My point in this diatribe -- there was a great deal of blind greed, hoping against hope, and unwillingness to accept reality and move accordingly.
