I love your way of thinking, BUT...

What kind of confirmation do you have on, "We won the suit"?

Did Devon tell you this personally?

If we won the suit, why then is this potentially dragging out another 90 days?

Also, why in the transcription of your interview with Devon, did he state, "tca ruling, 90 day period settle or full blown"?

Question: What is the status of TCA lawsuit, has it actually been filed in Dade county, Fl. and when will it be settled and who will prevail??

Just trying to clarify. It would be great if we WON the suit, but this information needs to come out officially before jumping to conclusions, especially as a tie to the pilot order of 100 units. I see the pilot order, a different way, that...being funded by the stand-up of BEI/VTXB, utilizing their SS to leverage capital raised.

Again, I appreciate the open line to Devon, but he owes us a straight up (and official) response and needs to get the "official" lines of communications and PRs flowing again.
