Wowza. So over the last month I have been wondering who is purchasing ANCE. I did a little research today and found that Fisher Asset Management filed a purchase with the SEC on 5/10/2018 with the SEC. The are the only Institutional Holder of ANCE. The market value of Fisher Asset Management is 75,401,993,000. Over the last week there has been some additional buying. Is Fisher Asset Management acquiring more shares? I don't know but I ask myself why is Fisher Asset Management buying a company on the OTC valued at .0035 with a CE? Is the CE about to come off? Are they are about to release news?
