A lawsuit have no chance to give anything to the shareholders.
Solomon can go dark any day if he wants.
What you are proposing to the longtimers is to lose everything and wait 3-4-5 years for nothing!
I think it is much better to take the dividends and hope for a better future as Solomon obviously have a plan to do the right things.
