I read the filing and it was amusing - you do understand that for shareholders it would mean massive dilution.

If there are enough idiots to purchase 15 Billion shares at $0.001 - it would destroy current shareholders but no one is foolish enough to purchase the Worldflix crap stock for $0.001.

Maybe Listermann will do another reverse split - he has disdain for shareholders - he is only interested in extracting money from them.

It is pretty funny that shareholders are excited about a Reg A offering - when the reality is it will be devastating for current shareholders.

Listermann loves noobie investors.
