Gregg definatley screwed the original Geotraq shareholders, my self included I'm not to ashamed to admit. He even personally called me a few times asking if I was going to sell market shares in order to purchase his .10/offering which I did not do. In your time there was he ever threatened by a lawsuit from a current or past shareholder? Because I for one would definitely include myself as I owned a pretty decent stake.
