you are right about that. the USA group were morons. I met them a dozen times in the USA and in China and they always had some idiotic scheme to profiteer on Yasheng China.

we aren't smarter (nor do we pretend to be smarter) than the top 5 PE houses in China and when we go the same feedback from all of them (because they looked into them as friends of ours or they had previous experience) it was clear that "they aren't sitting on anything" ands that their USA representatives were all FIRED FIRED FIRED because they were working for. the old chairman who scammed the assets of Yasheng USA as a retirement "guanxi" move that was tolerated until after his death - and then (immediately thereafter) the PLA came and reclaimed the assets. it's all over. so many skeletons and we have met all of them. all of them.
