Yes sir! Exciting times ahead. I've looked up and down this company to find things I don't like and reasons to run the other direction. I haven't found any yet. There are two areas of concern (not to me, but possibly new investors) and those are:

1) The current OS

2) Convertible Debt

Regarding the OS, under certain circumstances with certain companies in certain industries and lastly, with certain management...It would be a concern. It doesn't bother me here though as the potential is so mind boggling from these levels that it's a non factor imo. All the aforementioned are strengths with this company. Major strengths!

If we were at .70 with similar revenues and with limited potential for growth, then yes...major concern, but here at .007 with all the potential in the world and a billion dollar revenue future ahead of us (yes, I believe Mr. Rodriguez, Mr. Young and team will do it again...in fact, bigger than Stream, much bigger) I'm not concerned in the least bit.

Regarding convertible debt, well that's always a scary proposition in pinky land, but the recent 10Q showing 300,000 in revenues is a step in the right direction to attracting friendly financing to wipe that toxic debt off the books.

All in all, with adjustments, we're looking at about 1.5 million owed. Roughly a 1/4 of that can convert before Q2 ends, but having revenues rolling in changes everything.

I know management has plans to clean this up, in fact, has already begun cleaning some of it up and I believe financing is near completion to clean the rest of it up before this becomes any kind of detriment to current shareholders.

There is a note that appears to be being sold off currently, but from what I've seen of recent trading and even buying myself, I feel that is really close to sold off. At first, large blocks were easily being sold into the bid and then the bids had to start going up and "maybe" getting filled if close enough to the ask. Otherwise it seemed hitting the ask was the only way to get those shares.

Some of the selling was retail, probably just decided to move on, but I think the note is real close to done selling if not completely done.

Ultimately, large revenues solve all problems if there is a knowledgeable team managing those revenues and watching expenses. Friendly lenders want to lend, net profits go up, cash on hand increases, bills get paid and so forth and so on...

What I am 100% confident about is that revenues are going up and will continue to go up...fast! The business they are structuring and the foundation they've laid (extremely important) is geared for this company to move fast and grow quickly with no major obstacles in the way. Very, very exciting times ahead. What great days, weeks and months ahead to look forward to.

.007 is a gift...I think we test our recent highs (maybe touch the 2's) this week with no news. With news, who knows where we land, but Wick's .16 prediction could very well come true.
