Certainly not from anything the company has said an any of their recent SEC filings or PRs.


The company says in their SEC filings they're not even doing any of the work that would lead to an IND. Can't get into human trails without that.

Less than a year's worth of cash left, and their balance sheet suggests that Diwan is transferring whatever cash NNVC has left into his bank account via Theracour at a record rate.
