The way I see it with the newsletter is that the company is very busy working on other things. Kim and Jon are "probably" waiting on someone or something, perhaps news regarding a second location. Who knows.

The fact that the newsletter is yet to come out proves that other things are more pressing, IMHO and the longer the company waits, the better the chances of the news appearing for which they are waiting.

I know this sounds flimsy and like an excuse, but I believe this is exactly what is happening. Therefore, the longer this takes for the newsletter to come out, the better, for me anyways. As usual, JMHO
