stop arguing filings vs on the ground facts. when your team of Chinese PE and investment executives spends 10 years on the ground with the management team you are entitled to more than internet research credentials. if you believe SEC filings (for Chinese microcap companies) then you deserve the losses you receive. 8 years ago we started with 250 companies in our coverage universe, and there are 25 left. the remaining microcaps are equally dubious or have merged into other businesses and 75% of those are on the way out. you are being vicimized due to lack of native language skills and on the ground travel.
