not completely. I spent the last 10 years negotiating directly with USA and China management both in the USA and in THREE different cities in China and with their China side auditors and China side CFO to include negotiations with the last THREE China side chairmen.

there is distinct possibility and the internal negotiations so far have been fruitless without people on my board of directors who could make them turn around. theres around 7 million shares we need to soak up from certain individuals and then we could (again) fly to Gansu, China and probably hatch a deal, but first we would need to finish the Shandong Province group who still doesnt have title to the assets they bought.

can it be done? possibilities are endless. what I don't have is endless time and in the case of these guys, my professional opinion is you leave them alone and let it die because they have no use for Americans and they aren't sophisticated people who care about our money, and once the money is spent, they kind of tilt their heads to the side, wave you away and ask you to come back later.

if we soaked up the float, and I can assist to do that, and if theres a legitimate interest in recussitating the listing, I can make the case to the management team. they haven't been interested because to them the stock market is meaningless, as you can see from the lack of new shares outstanding. they never sold any shares. it was a horribly managed dubious ownership deal from the beginning and it was realized when they hired a very large law firm to assist them in taking all the assets back and then going dark.

steep hill to climb, but I know how to reach everyone there who matters. remember that you have no vote, and that the management team are all PLA members and as such, being American is a distinct disadvantage, finally.... that they think in terms of 50 to 100 years at a time so the pace of change for them is glacial and as such, it could be another 10 years and many leadership changes before you get an answer.

been there, done that, sitting for hour and hours and hours with a dozen meals and related festivities with their people. it's a closed system but I can assist you to try and open it again.
