Researching more on Glassdoor. This seemed really telling and positive from an Anonymous employee. They are also hiring and expanding. Hopefully this means new Clients in the near future.

In the Past 20 days ITCC is hiring for 4 new positions. A Project manager, Product Control analyst Quality Assurance Lead, And a Senior COBOL Developer.... Also in a recent Employee REview this was very positive. a Quote from an Employee "The new CEO seems to be bringing energy, communication, and helping the company be profitable. It is starting to grow, a lot of jobs have been opening up"
