EVERYTIME any news as in 8k or 10q has been released ..good or bad..the stock price declines at least 10-20%...the dilution here is terrible..exactly why I estimate a billion shares now..I watched from opening day and bought my first 20,000 shares at a penny thinking that's probably bottom..(risk-taking)..it fell 99.9% more and share count went up 400%..it's not going back to a penny unless it's a reverse split..
