These Stinky-pinky OTC stocks are in the sewers of the stock world for a reason. Most operate out of a PO box, or spare bedroom.

"...Is this common in penny stocks. Don't they have to answer to someone about this? ..."

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
