As I said previously, I highly doubt Bill is gone. Announcing nominee CEO’s is very popular in this OTC cesspool. The goal is to give the APPEARANCE that a sordid past is no longer an issue. Unfortunately, I’m guessing Bill will still be pulling the purse string here.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
