Claims against Solomon and the company. (01/06/2018)

This post has been created to help us among the shareholders to be able to make claims to the authorities of the markets and by the courts.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

STATUS
There have not been many changes compared to last week (I have not had much time either). The only news is that I have sent an email to Arne Fredly (I do not know if he will answer) and a major investor interested in the lawsuit (which would make it easier to find a law firm).

As most of the affected have suffered heavy losses, I am looking for law firms that work on "contigency fee", to avoid more expenses to investors. That is why I am giving importance to collect information about other investors and I am compiling information about the irregularities of the company in recent years.

OBJECTIVES
- While I continue to collect information by interested shareholders and consult different law firms.
- Complete a summary with all the documentation and press releases of the company to demonstrate the irregularities committed.

INVESTIGATION
Possible irregularities of the company:
- Concealment of the new deal with ECAB and the status of the old deal for many months.
- No payment of the debts of the company due to the large number of loans without a return date to Triway.
- Structure of salaries of the Board.

NEWS
(01-06-2018) - At the moment there are 9 interested people with an approximate loss of $ 1.4 M.
(25-05-2018) - At the moment there are 8 interested people with approximate losses close to $ 600 k.
(18-05-2018) - At the moment there are 6 interested people with an approximate loss of $ 500 k.
(10-05-2018) - I have contacted a couple of law firms.

I need to know the people willing to sue for their losses (from 2017 until now) to the company and Solomon.
