Nope. The A/S has been reduced to 12.5 billion.

You are then going to point out that it still says on the OTC Markets Web site that the A/S is 25 billion.

You are right, but the A/S shown on the OTC Markets Web site is wrong.

You are also going to point out that the O/S is over 21 billion, so there is no way it should be that high if the A/S is only 12.5 billion.

Again, you will be correct, but the O/S is still that big, and the A/S is still that small.

Check for the A/S displayed on the web site for the Colorado Secretary of State. By definition, that A/S is always correct... and it is 12.5 billion.
