Funny, isn't it, how the 2018 Q1 says

This acquisition is expected to by the second quarter of 2018.

as you have quoted, under Section 6, page 6, but the same filing also states, as you added below the link that

Closing will likely take place during 2018

under Note 1, page 15?

What is really interesting is that the second reference on page 15 is the one that has changed since the Annual Report.

EDITED TO ADD: They also didn't add the missing "close" (presumably) in the page 6 version between the Annual and the Q1.
