IMO an updated flow chart is needed to make sense of this "word salad" of a corporate conglomerate. I've followed it over a year now and can't quite keep all straight. I can only imagine how confusing it must be to a newbie.

MICHIGAN PLANT TECHNOLOGIES LLC --included BOT Bakery/ Betty BOT Shop/ MPT Kitchen, JuJu Joints, AgriHit, Medtiva / MED-a-mints, Rela Dosage Control-- all spun off/ taken private in April 2018 in exchange for a $250k promissory note.
