So here’s what I’ve been told about the reason why certain trials are being done before others right now.
It’s much easier to get bought out or have a specific patent/device bought out by a big pharma company to make a name for yourself, than it is to grow yourself organically to make a name.
There are lots of companies who make a shit ton of money selling pills to “help cure” a lot of the things that Endonovo is trying to cure with their device. So it’s not like Endonovo is just going to be let into the mix by these companies and mainly by the doctors, who are getting kickbacks for prescribing those drugs. So in order for Endonovo to get name recognition, we will eventually have to sell rights to or do a JV with a big pharma company to help lift us up with the big boys.
The trick, because no company is going to pay us anywhere NEAR what our patent and device is worth. They will need a basement bargain to buy us, because everybody wants to be able to mark up the cost and make a profit off of it. So Endonovo will have to sell it for pennies on the dollar to get them to buy it. So if our patent and device for heart is valued at $1B, we will have to sell it for $50M-$100M so that the company can make their money. What we are doing is getting name recognition for a device that’s going to get marketed now by a big pharma company and also will be a device that kicks ass and makes a name for Endonovo.
Then, after that happens, we can start selling our other devices/patents for what they’re worth because we will have the attention of all the other big 10 pharma companies.
So, it only makes sense that you want to keep your “stud” patents/devices in your back pocket for when you are getting full value for them. You sacrifice one of you lesser patents/devices in order to get everyone’s attention first.
This is how it was explained to me about the path that management is going to take in order to get ourselves positioned to make substantially more money down the road.
Even if we sell something smaller for $25-$50M, that’s a shit load of revenue/income that will be able to do so much for the company’s ability to move forward. Not to mention add tons more value for shareholders accounts. ??
Like I said, this is how it was laid down for me to understand the thought process of how Endonovo will be moving forward in the future. You’ve got to grease some palms along the way.
