More dark clouds forming.

The ONLY reason to set up super voting preferred stock is to allow you to do something with the company that the common stock would likely not vote for.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
