I don't expect to hear anything from the company until the Q2 report at the end of August

That's one problem with how they played the cash dividend policy - they should have hit the market before the Q1-report so that the market don't know when to expect those triggers. Now they've basically said that there will be no news about the TRW-dividend until the Q2-report, i.e the only possible trigger before the Q-report is the TRW-loan...
