Locked float works both ways, makes it easy to move both up and down, though we seem to have a much easier time going up then bringing it down.

Even after all the conversion shares sell, this float will still be very tight and will move on any volume.

This week it has moved from high or .0105 to low of .0065 on less than 20M shares which is less than 5% of the fully diluted new O/S of 600M, that is nothing at all. 5% trading is next to nothing.

And on the move over past 2 weeks from .015 down to current levels you are talking less than 45M shares which is less than 10% of the current known O/S, so all in all this is low low volume, its just shares that want to dump and get their money back from the conversion.

One that is done this will move 50% on 10M volume on the buy side
