From what I could find they may be a father and son with the same name. The older Max runs a business selling test strips for pharmacies.

Good find on the job opening, I’m not sure what Turetsky’s role is gong forward since their agreement for the Pueblo farm has been terminated. Turetsky has ties to the lender with liens on the farm, and those guys have money to invest, whether Notis is a part of that, I’m not sure.

I don’t think Massachusetts has anything to do with the new plans. Max bought his shares on the open market when he could have gone directly to Notis and lent them money for shares at a 50% discount. He spent a huge amount of money averaging down, and very likely sold after the price peaked around $.0025, the price dropped quickly, and there were several days where close to a billion shares traded, and a few were over a billion.
