Doesn't EVERY Biotech have an UNDISCLOSED HUGE Blockbuster NDA?!

Answer is NO. Not every pharma/biotech has an undisclosed huge blockbuster NDA. That's why buyouts occur. That's why pharmaceutical/biotechs look for companies like Elite. Huge pipelines with unique technologies that are protected.

The undisclosed "huge blockbuster" NDA is the icing on the cake.

It will be part of the buyout price more than likely.

When? When NH sells which won't be for a while yet.
