I never like the term dilution when it's associated with stock that has been issued as compensation. It's already accounted for, but it's class b and class c where the 20 to 1 10 to 1 kicks in bit if I was paid st9ck for pay it is my discretion when and how much I sell . After all it is my money I worked for correct ? Dilution to me pers9nally is just adding shares with no just cause to raise money
