I saw that in a demo earlier - now that *is* nice! MS does something right every once in a while
I tend to open a bunch of windows/tabs, and pretty soon I get lost if the tab I'm looking for is not in the front window.
Another, seemingly easy way (and better in some ways) to help out this situation, would be that when you go to the 'Window' menu, they should display the titles of the tabs within those windows. Just like menu sub-selections, that little triangle that expands when you mouse over it, or just as a sub-list, so you see them all w/o any action required. Heck, make it a preference setting if some people would freak out over it being 'different'.
Bookmarks in Firefox & Safari already work this way, so it is not even a stretch in thinking. In fact, it seems downright obvious.
