MY CONFERENCE CALL QUESTIONS
LOF:
1. Any update on Date of Distribution?
A. FINRA said they had everything and it would be within one month and that was already a week ago.
2. What percentage of the current revenue is showing up in the VGID report?
A. Not clear but likely the majority of it at least till the spinoff is complete.
3. Will LOF start at .25 and do you still believe it will find support at .15 and, is that based on projected or expected earnings?
A. Buzzy indicated that FINRA’s number is even a little higher than .25 cents and he still thinks it will find support at .15 cents or a little higher but can’t know.
4. PotNetwork Holdings Inc. (OTC:POTN), Marijuana Company of America, Inc. (OTC:MCOA), mCig Inc. (OTC: MCIG), Maricann Group Inc. (OTC:MRRCF) (CSE:MARI), Medical Marijuana Inc. (OTC:MJNA).
A. I didn’t get a chance to ask how LOF will compare or compete with these companies.
5. Will LOF products end up in the grocery stores?
A. He said they were in about 500 dispensaries already and that 7-Eleven will start to sell CBD in August.
6. Long term plan for LOF, you mentioned buying an edibles company.
7. Any chance you may sell LOF?

VGID:
1. Where are we with AND Pump Fitness and have you discontinued AND?
A. AND is all but discontinued, few specialty stores still want to carry. PUMP Fitness will replace all but perhaps about 10% of last year’s income so we may see a slight dip this year in the transition. Buzzy says this is a good transition.
2. Do we have a 7-11 Authorization for AND Pump Fitness?
A. Yes, it appears so; refer to the rack question answer below.
3. Did you find a rack solution for AND Pump Fitness?
A. In fact said he was working with 7-Eleven just yesterday and they did manage to come up with a solution to prevent the bottles from fallout out of the rack.
4. Do you have any additional beverages planned for VGID like CBD?
A. Was mentioned he is in the process of developing a beverage with an Urban take, working with urban and disabled kids; healthier and different than coke or monster. CNN has already requested an interview though they are not ready yet. Says there will be a lot of attention on this.

Hollywood Star Cuts:
1. How is the first store doing?
A. Doing well and using this store to work out the bugs and management issues.
2. Is the second store complete?
A. He didn’t say but if we read between the lines it is close to finished because on track for grand opening.
3. When is the grand opening?
A. Still on schedule for third quarter.
4. When is the Date of Record?
A. I texted him on this one and he said don’t know yet but he would let all of us know as soon as he has the date.
5. Is there a distinction between this spinoff and the others in that you’ve said it will be a Goldman Sachs Facebook type IPO.
A. Fernhill - merged into a previous company thus the issues with auditing.
B. Leaf of Faith - created in a new company though there was no IPO to raise capital.
C. Hollywood Star Cuts - created in a new company, will be brokered to raise couple million dollars which will be used to build 3 or 4 more new stores and was mentioned again that his sister, Linda Chadwick, will help with her franchising expertise...

When will the Contest Spinoff be?
A. Buzzy said 1st Quarter of 2019.

Website?
A. Nobody even asked, however, after the disruption at the end of this conference call it is apparent we need it if for no other reason, to prevent this from ever happening again. Then Buzzy can update us from the website.
