Is there actually an investigation happening?

Anyone have a confirmation SEC even read one of their complaints and didn't put it in the tin-foil hat pile?

Halting a stock would come after official announcement of an investigation.

Obviously we all disagree on value of stock 0 volume. Bid is to low and ask is to high.
